Hey Missionettes - long time no see.   Lets get the excuses out of the way.    Ok.  So its been a rough year that has included an Uncle dying suddenly, then I had an accident, then I had surgery to remove a lump that turned out to be benign but if they had left it could have turned to cancer, then the big one happened.  I found Mum collapsed.  Long story short.  She was going to die.  Then didn't.  Then was again.  Then didn't.  They moved her to "respite" and within 12 hours of being there a wardrobe fell on her breaking 4 ribs and puncturing her kidney.   Due to her condition they could not operate but cauterized it.  She was going to die again.  She didn't.  However it weakened her enough that she could not shake of pneumonia and sadly and eventually she passed away at the end of June.   3 days after the funeral - my other Uncle suddenly died.  All this without the support of the one person who I thought would always be there for me but wasn't.  However, I've found out over the last 7 months that I have some very very good friends

So its not been a fun 2018 which has resulted in a very deserved weight gain.   But I'm now getting back on track with selling houses and sorting estates out and finding time for me again.   I have a holiday booked (yayyyyy) so have a goal to aim for.  Started with a personal trainer yesterday and food planning has begun.   So stand back, get ready - MISSION SKINNY IS BACK!!!!!
