Good start to the week Missionettes. After getting another loss last week I've decided to take things back to basics in the hope I will get another one. Brought out the old recipes and today I have finally been back in the pool after 3 months. I only did half of my normal amount of lengths as I don't want to go in too hard too soon. It also meant I got to use my waterproof MP3 player that I got at Xmas. I exercise so much better and it feels so much easier if I have music. Even better if I have my own taste of music so the time soon passed. Then it was a quick sauna to catch up with my friends and then back to spin. Diet coke chicken for tea - still one of the best slimming world recipes and now I'm chilling with the kittys and a bottle of sparkling water. Lunch is prepped for tomorrow - a beautiful rainbow of salad with mackerel in tomato sauce and spin class is booked for after work. Feeling more positive now than I have for a long time.
Happy weekend Missionettes! Had a lovely chilled relaxed day pretty much doing nothing. Walked Mum's dog a fair distance this morning in the sunshine then took him to be groomed then got my hair done. Its the first time in a long time I've not had an agenda to be here there and everywhere all at once. Day off from visiting mum. Tonight is Eurovision. Normally I would spend this at a party but tonight its a party for one (and four cats lol). I've eaten on plan today, toast and fruit for breakfast, sw beef chilli for lunch and tea will be a sw prawn curry. Discovered a new sugar free drink - Coke Fiesty Cherry which I think is going to be my new favourite for a while. Since I've been so good today I will allow myself a few treats while watching the Eurovision - a few chilli stuffed olives and glass of wine. It is the weekend after all
Good morning Missionettes. Well as the title says - it works if you do it. After my little gain last week (and to be fair it was a very little gain of half a pound) I managed to get rid of that pesky gain and another pound as well. Granted not as much as I would have liked but any loss is a good loss. It was the bank holiday weekend as well so I had a full day completely off plan but soon got back on it the day after. The plan works if you work. Just be honest with yourself. Here's to another good week. I can do this. Its time to set some goals
Oh dear. Had a gain. Half a pound on but do you know I'm fine with that. I had a lovely indulgent weekend of a spa with food and then later a night out with the Hubby and then Sunday there was a lot of cocktails so yes I deserve the gain. Also my gym routine did not go to plan for one reason or another and so I have done no exercise at all. I just need to re-focus, get back in the saddle (literally spin class) and hopefully that pesky half pound and a little bit more will be gone next week.
