Down 2 lbs!!! YAY!!

Weigh In: 201 lbs

So happy! I was able to stick with it.. even though I didn't count anything at all while I was in Oregon.

Ok, so my week one (and starting weight) is

Starting Weight: 203 lbs
Goal: 2 lbs a week

I've set my weigh in day as Monday's , so this is technically my weight for December 22, 2008. I just wanted to weigh myself before leaving on holiday. Going home to Oregon for a week! I hope I don't over eat.. yikes!

Well, Hello! I know it's been a looong time posting, but I just wanted to let you all know what's going on with me right now and future goals.

I'm starting over. I'm putting my past failures behind me, and starting with a clean slate. I know that Weight Watchers works. It worked for me when I was faithful to it.

I WANT to loose weight.
I WANT to be healthy.
I WANT to be active.
I CAN do it.

To some of you this may be a tune you've heard from me before. But this time I mean it. I fed up with feeling tired all the time and always out of breath. I can't use "I have asthma" as an excuse anymore because I know have medicines for it. I'll have to give it a month to really kick in, but I have no excuses! Not even school. I can work around it. Weight Watchers is once a week. ONCE a week.

I have to go, but I'll be posting up my 2009 Goals soon.
